End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective October 26, 2026. These terms govern access to Ash-Fall and its website, community, games, bots, and installed web application.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, distribute illegal material, exploit minors, harass users, bypass access controls, or upload content you lack the rights to share. Adult-only areas require eligibility and applicable consent.
Administrative access and content review
Ash-Fall's designated God/owner account and authorized administrators may access stored user-generated content and communications for moderation, safety, security, abuse investigations, technical support, and platform operations. This may include direct messages, Miss Chaos conversations, personal-bot conversations where stored, media metadata, and content in restricted areas. Do not treat messages to AI bots as confidential communications with a human professional. Some conversations are not saved by the service, and deleted or expired data may no longer be available.
Administrative access is not unrestricted public sharing. Access must be limited to legitimate operational purposes, protected by authentication, and recorded in audit logs where supported. Private media and sensitive personal information require heightened care. Content may be disclosed to service providers or authorities when necessary or legally required. Users should avoid uploading information they do not want processed under these conditions.
Service and AI limitations
Features may change or become unavailable. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must respect other users' rights and privacy.
Suspension and deletion
Accounts and content may be restricted or removed for violations or safety reasons. Retention and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
Material updates will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after notice may indicate acceptance where permitted by law.
